The Second Amendment 2A

The Second Amendment reads

“A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed”

One mistake many people make, is they think the Second Amendment and all of OUR other rights are given to us by the Bill of Rights.  Our rights are GOD GIVEN, the Constitution and Bill of Rights protects them from the Government.

If you notice, the Second Amendment does NOT say

“A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms for hunting or legitimate sporting purpose shall not be infringed”

nor does it say

“A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms may not be infringed”

nor

“A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, except for reasonable common sense gun control measures”

nor

“A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the elite to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed”

Many people on the left like to say the Constitution is a living document and that the founders could not have foreseen the weapons of today.  Surely they could not have envisioned the internet, radio or the television, does that mean the First Amendment should not apply to those?
